How do I Report a Speeding or Unsafe Truck Driver?
What To Do If You See a Reckless Driver
Tractor-trailers that speed are inherently dangerous and can kill or maim multiple people in one accident. When you see a reckless or speeding driver on the road you should photograph their tractor-trailer including names and numbers on it. You can then contact their safety director to report the numbered truck.

To directly report an unsafe truck driver to the Dispatch/Operations/Safety Department of their company. Take photos of the tractor-trailer including logo, DOT number and trailer number. Next, you enter the US DOT Number and if you do not have that you can do it by name or MC/MX number.
